On the way to work, I caught into a traffic jam at Muara- Tutong Highway near Nakhoda Ragam Vocational School. I thought it was a road block but then I saw the steel rail on the junction of the Vocational School bent.
The accident involved three cars in which I dont know the story how it happens. But according to my friend who was there earlier, it happens when a car is U-turning at the Vocational School's Junction.
